D'Hondt Motorsports

Started in 2007, D'Hondt Motorsports is putting the final pieces into place to be a strong force in the NASCAR Nationwide Series and ARCA RE/MAX Series in 2008.

D'Hondt Motorsports has moved into a new shop in Mooresville, NC.  This state of the art facility builds the highest quality race cars that not only qualify well but can withstand an entire race at the highest level.

D'Hondt Motorsports was selected to be an inaugural Toyota team in 2007.  During the 2007 season, the organization qualified in 100% of races entered, including the NASCAR Sprint Cup race at Infineon Raceway in Sonoma, CA.

This organization has outstanding relationships with high caliber organizations like Bill Davis Racing.  With Toyota's manufacturer support, the sky is the limit for performance.

Eddie D'Hondt serves as the founder of D'Hondt Motorsports and is selectively building one of the most respected organizations in NASCAR.     He is considered one of the top general manager's in the sport and his reputation in the industry is one of winning and loyalty.

Eddie D'Hondt began his career in motorsports on Long Island, New York where he started racing in NASCAR's Modified division.  In 1996, he joined long-time friend Tommy Baldwin at Ranier-Walsh Racing.    He began working for legendary car owner Junie Donlavey's team as mechanic and tire specialist.  D'Hondt has an extensive career in NASCAR management, including:  Filmar Racing; Bill Elliott Racing; Evernham Motorsports; Tommy Baldwin Racing and Robert Yates Racing.

The future is strong for D'Hondt Motorsports with plans to race full time in the NASCAR Nationwide Series and select events in ARCA RE/MAX and Sprint Cup Series in 2009.  Sponsors have an excellent opportunity to grow in the sport of NASCAR with an experienced organization.
